I gave a public lecture on Nov. 26 in Wu-da, and about 500 students/ faculty attended. some asked the question of ZHF's relation with Bei-da GHS. I repeatedly stated that this is not a dog-fight thing and not a personal travial issue. it is about due process in a modern tertiary institution, ie., about how should a univ employ a scholar, what terms and conditions it needs to offer in return for his/ her professional service, and what it can or can not do in its work relation with that scholar. and all this must be stipulated clearly on paper and go through a pre-specified process if there is a dispute between thetwo parties.i think the students got these important points. and i believe what i said of
the event is a fair public comment.
